An opportunity has arisen for a part-time, highly motivated Band 3 Team Administrator to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support for our Mental Health Team at HMP Manchester.
Applicants are invited for this role, requiring a dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working within mental health is desirable. Candidates must demonstrate secretarial/administrative experience, with an organized and flexible approach, able to prioritize workload and relate well to all types of people. Strong IT and interpersonal skills are essential for this busy role.

The post holder will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Prison Community Mental Health Team at HMP Manchester. The role requires highly developed organizational skills.

Band
Shift work including Saturday (midnight to midnight), weekday evenings after 8 pm, before 6 am, and all hours on Sundays and public holidays.

Qualifications
* RSA Level III word processing or equivalent experience.
* Willingness to attend training and attain further qualifications.
Experience
* Experience working independently.

* Ability to organize appointments and meetings.
