After Sales Assistant - London - Premium Retail
Working for this premium retailer in London, your role is a key part of the after sales team.
You will;
* Be responsible for the movement of goods internally and externally, receipting and shipping of products.
* Goods receipt and invoicing (Dynamics365)
* Inter-department communications between stores, supply chain & aftersales departments related to clients, stock & shipment arrangements
* Client material order management
Ideally as the candidate you will bring experience of;
* Retail/stock administration and client care
* Proficient with systems (D365, internal service database RADIX, various brand portals, Sales Force) Microsoft Word & Excel
* Attention to detail is key
* Being a good communicator (verbal and written)
* Being proactive, taking initiative and responsibility
