Our client is seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated, and hard-working Commercial Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of TFM (Total Facilities Management) and hard services (M&E) led contracts.
Based in London Docklands, this role will suit a commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and is confident working across multiple areas of contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee contract finances, ensuring accuracy and profitability
* Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships effectively
* Provide commercial control and governance across projects
* Support operational teams in delivering high-quality services
* Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
* Drive continuous improvement across contract performance
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager (preferably within hard services/M&E)
2. Strong understanding of contract management and financial controls
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
