I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Project Engineer to join their team.
Job Description
As Project Engineer, your main responsibilities are:
1. Designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan
2. Preparing designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, etc.
3. Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan
4. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project
5. May include preparing engineering standards, designs, and work specifications
Qualifications / Skills needed
* A recognised SME, obtained through advanced education and work experience
* Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager
* Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals
* Problem-solving
