Project Manager (Construction Fit-out/Refurbishment) £50,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance 33 Days Holiday Bonus Scheme Additional Company Benefits You can be based anywhere in the UK as the role will require travel to client sites across the UK Do you come from a construction project management background, ideally with experience in commercial fit-out related projects and are looking for an autonomous role within an ambitious and forward-thinking company. In this role you will project manage a range of commercial fit-out projects within a growing company who are passionate about continued employee investment. The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices and more. This role would suit an experienced project manager ideally with some refurbishment/fit-out projects experience looking for a long-term permanent position. The Role: * Project managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept to completion to ensure they are completed both within budget and time. * Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Lead teams, H&S, Compliance, budgets, people management, operations, continuous improvement and much more. * Working on projects across the UK so you will be required to travel and stay away * Working on projects for a range of commercial clients across the UK * Occasional travel to company offices in either; Bristol, Milton Keynes, County Durham or Essex. * Long-term permanent position The Person: * Previous experience in a similar level role * Construction management background * Any experience in fit-out/refurbishments will be considered beneficial * Happy to travel and stay as required * Driving license * Looking for a long term permanent position
