Job title: Warehouse Administrator
Division/depot: Warehouse Nights – 04.00 – Sunday - Thursday)
Reports to (job title): Warehouse Manager/ Supervisor

To be part of a team managing the warehouse goods in procedure. Working in conjunction and together with the Warehouse Management team.
Accountabilities – may include but not limited to.

1 Check and complete goods In process to swords.
2 To carry out filing and photocopying when required
3 Contact all outstanding suppliers' deliveries for ETA / Delivery date.
4 Greet Drivers and distribute paperwork following warehouse protocols.
5 Print and distribute pick sheets for customer collections / Staff orders
6 Manage the Invoice process for above.
7 Take incoming calls and amend due delivery dates.
8 Health and safety accountabilities
· Comply with the Company Health and Safety Policy
· Support the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation process
· Comply with all verbal and written instructions in matters pertaining to Health and Safety
Attend Health and Safety training courses as per instructions from line managers.

Service standards.
Management and development of teams and retention of key people.
Working to Company Audit standards
All department operating procedures documented and consistently applied.
Internal audit reviews (visits & CASA)
External audits and results e.g. CMi, Intervention Board, Environmental Health etc

§ IT literacy
§ Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable
background experience in stock management / purchasing
§ Have an understanding of picking and loading procedures

§ Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative
