We are looking for an experienced and creative Bid Writer to join our team and help us win new business through high-quality written submissions.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Writing and editing persuasive content for SQs, ITTs, and tender responses
2. Collaborating with project teams to gather technical information and shape strong submissions
3. Conducting research to tailor responses to client needs and bid criteria
4. Assisting with content creation for marketing, blogs, and social media where needed
5. Maintaining a bid library and templates for future use
What We’re Looking For
6. Proven experience in a Bid Writer or similar role, ideally within the construction or built environment sector
7. Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
8. Ability to translate technical information into engaging, client-focused content
9. Strong research and organisational skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Word (experience with InDesign is a bonus)
11. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple submissions
