A successful recruitment consultant will also need to be organized and resilient, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
This role requires a mix of sales skills, industry knowledge, and people-oriented qualities.
Candidate MUST have sales experience within the recruitment industry; this ensures the candidate can successfully build relationships, generate new business, and meet targets. A strong recruitment consultant will be skilled in negotiation, client management, and strategic sales approaches—all while matching candidates to the right opportunities.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
As part of a recruitment consultant's job description, you will be part of an on-call rotation, covering one in every three weeks.
