The challenge
You will define the roadmap for a suite of internal platforms that support compliance, trading operations and enterprise communications. The focus is on building systems that are scalable, auditable and efficient, cutting through complexity and enabling the business to grow confidently in regulated markets.
What you will do
* Spearheading AI driven initiatives, using intelligent agents and large language models to unlock speed, insight and efficiency across the business
* Lead the product vision for internal systems, ensuring reliability and regulatory alignment
* Translate complex business needs into structured, high impact internal tools
* Manage and grow a specialist team of automation and product engineers
* Drive automation across multiple business lines using low code and no code solutions
* Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Ops to deliver secure, business critical infrastructure
What we are looking for
* 5+ years in internal product, business automation or tooling roles
* Evidence of high achievement and intellectual strength, whether academic or professional
* Proven experience building and scaling internal platforms in a regulated or complex environment (finance, fintech, trading, SaaS, etc.)
* Strong cross functional leadership skills, able to bridge technical and business needs
* Hands on knowledge of modern automation stacks
* Experience leading technical and product teams
* Exposure to digital assets or trading environments
* Experience with AI driven tooling or knowledge platforms
* Scaling collaboration stacks such as Jira or Confluence
