Role Responsibilities
* Manage full financial reporting cycle and statutory accounts preparation
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial controls and procedures
* Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights
* Manage and develop the finance team's capabilities and performance
* Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Profile
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with minimum 5-7 years' financial leadership experience
* Proven track record in retail or fast-moving consumer goods sector
* Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
