Role Overview
We're working with a market-leading global law firm who are looking for a real estate finance lawyer to provide interim support. You'd work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactional matters, particularly in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support on real estate finance transactions, including development finance, and investment financing
2. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to property finance deals
3. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution
4. Provide legal input on structured finance matters where relevant
About you
5. UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (more senior contractors also considered)
6. Strong background in real estate finance
7. Comfortable working on mid to senior-level matters
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote working available)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 3-6 months (although they will consider longer potentially)
