Job Description:
The Role:
An internal role liaising between our customers and installation teams to arrange the manufacture and installation of curtains, cushions and other soft furnishings. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a dedication to customer service excellence.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Curtain & Soft Furnishings Co-ordinator to join our team and provide vital support and technical advice to our sales team and customers for this specific area.
Key Responsibilities:
* All incoming and outgoing communications with customers in relation to window furnishings (Email & Phone).
* Gathering specific information in relation to window furnishings.
* Liaise with purchasing team to confirm all details for manufacture of window dressings.
* Work with logistics and installation team to oversee schedule management for curtains fitters & installers.
* Arrange and schedule site surveys as required with Project Manager.
* Invoice and query resolution in relation to window furnishings.
* Preparing quotes and processing orders.
* Providing support and feedback on product related issues.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
* Taking initiative to resolve queries and support the team in day-to-day tasks.
* Help manage & monitor sales inbox as required.
* Deal with and manage all admin created from sales orders relating to window furnishings.
Qualifications
:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in similar window/soft furnishings role.
* In-depth knowledge of curtain design, construction, and installation.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
