We, GSL Education, are actively looking for a dedicated SEN Teachers with QTS to join our client school based in Bushey. This position is set to start from September 2025. As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs
* Create learning environment progress and well-being
* Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
* Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Provide emotional and behavioral support to students
* Possess expertise in either the primary or secondary curriculum
Qualifications and Attributes as a SEN Teacher:
* QTS (Please don't apply if you don't have QTS)
* Specialization in SEN or relevant teaching qualifications are advantageous.
* A passion for working with students with SEN & SEMH and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being.
* Hold right to work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
