Working hours for the Lettings Manager:
1. A 5-day working week that offers flexibility and some Saturdays.
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
2. Strong basic salary between £28,000 - £29,000
3. Realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 - £45,000
4. Car allowance of £2,500 or a company car.

Responsibilities for the role of the Letting Manager:
9. You’ll take full responsibility for the success of your branch, leading your team, managing performance and driving commercial results
10. Provide clear direction, support and motivation to help your team achieve targets and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
11. Secure new listings, offer informed advice to landlords and ensure tenants receive a first‑class experience.
12. Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and position yourself as the leading local property specialist.
