We are currently recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their Operations, Business Development, and Administrative functions. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, streamlining processes, and contributing to business growth. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing internal efficiencies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities * Manage internal documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks. * Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. * Coordinate engineers diaries. * Organise engineers work loads. * Liase directly with letting agents and landlords. * Ensure that digital and physical reminders are sent to customers regarding safety certificates. * Assist with documentation control and version management. * Support HR processes including onboarding and internal communications. * Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures * Coordinate logistics for internal projects, external events, and conferences.
