Nike Birmingham is looking for the next temporary part-time – 20 hours per week – Sales Assistant with full weekend availability to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer.
What You Bring
* Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
* Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services.
* Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek further insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Full weekend availability.
