Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Widnes and surrounding areas.The role involves carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.Your new role
* Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance including:
o Repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, baths, and showers
o Leak detection and rectification
o Installation of sanitary ware
* Complete basic multi-skilled tasks such as:
o Minor joinery (boxing in, door adjustments)
o Basic tiling and patch plastering
* Work on both tenanted and void properties
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants
What you'll need to succeed
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
* Multi-skilled background with the ability to complete basic additional trades
* Full UK Driving Licence
