Account Executive
£25,000 - £35,000 base + commission

Currently on the lookout for an Account Executive to join a growing B2B SaaS company based in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling tech business at the forefront of data collaboration and AI-driven analytics.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. This role suits ambitious individuals with a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll do as an Account Executive:
• Own the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding
• Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to align messaging and drive new business opportunities
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations that highlight value and ROI
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up
• Contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy and bring new ideas to the table
Skills required from the Account Executive:
• 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue
• Experience with cold-calling and outbound sales strategy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Resilience, confidence, and a highly motivated approach to sales
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of SaaS or tech sales is advantageous
