Job Description
As People Partner your role will incorporate the following
- Working closely with the supported business to implement and deliver the HR strategy- Planing and managing people-related aspects, including talent, succession, and change management to align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture
- Building strong relationships with supported business members, senior leadership, and relevant stakeholders
- Providing operational HR support, including organisational change, senior appointments, salary, and bonus programs
- Successfully delivering cost-effective and integrated people solutions that address key business objectives, gaining acceptance from key stakeholders
- Promoting ownership of people management by business and line managers
- Collaborating with the broader HR function and leverage specialised expertise
- Working with union representatives to support business needs and deliver solutions- Coordinating with HR business partners in other areas to address geographical issues collaboratively
The Successful Applicant
This role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed contract basis following a recent team reorganisation. There's a strong likelihood that this position could become permanent, based on performance and fit within our organisation.
Our work environment is heavily unionised, and we're ideally looking for someone with experience in a unionised setting. You'll have a solid base in all aspects of HR. The role requires a confident individual with the ability to proactively engage with operations stakeholders, adding value from a people management perspective at every opportunity.
