You’ll work closely with managers and the wider team to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Food & Beverage department. Key focus will be ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience, supporting with department preparation, food & drink service, and team member training. Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, along with ongoing support from a dedicated management team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
* The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
* Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
* The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
* The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
* The ability to deliver training to team members in all areas of department and ensure consistency in delivery
* To deputise for Banqueting manager and Head of Department in their absence
* The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager

About the Company
The Woodlands Event Centre is a fantastic place.
