The Role – Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lesson content in the absence of the usual teacher. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning while ensuring a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Delivering set work and instructions provided by teaching staff
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive engagement
* Supporting pupils to stay focused and complete assigned tasks
* Upholding school policies and safeguarding procedures
No prior teaching qualification is required – full guidance and ongoing support are provided by Teaching Personnel.
