We're Driver Hire Dundee, a locally owned and managed, award-winning recruitment agency specialising in transport and logistics. From Lochee to Broughty Ferry and as far as Montrose, we've built a strong reputation across Dundee, Angus, and Tayside for being reliable, responsive, and genuinely good to work with.
We're growing and looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office - someone who's enthusiastic, organised, and ready to learn the ropes of the fast-paced recruitment world.
What You'll Be Doing
We'll give you full training so you can hit the ground running. Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Finding Great People - learning how to advertise jobs, screen CVs, and source candidates through job boards, social media, and local networks
* Speaking with Candidates - arranging interviews, getting to know their skills, and matching them to the right roles
* Supporting Our Clients - helping local businesses find the staff they need and building great relationships along the way
* Keeping Things Organised - updating our database, sending contracts, and making sure compliance is spot-on
* Learning the Industry - gaining knowledge about transport, logistics, and recruitment best practice
What We're Looking For
No recruitment experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is that you're:

✅ Organised and able to juggle different tasks
✅ Quick to pick up new systems and comfortable with Microsoft Office
✅ Positive, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
✅ A team player who's also happy working independently
