Role Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Bullion House’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.

• Oversee all marketing channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, ensuring a consistent and premium brand message.

• Manage and guide the Social Media Manager, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output across all platforms.

• Be highly proficient in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of platform-specific growth strategies.

• Prepare clear briefs for the Content Creator, ensuring all assets align with marketing objectives and brand voice.

• Confidently participate in and support the creation of social media content, including reels and video-based formats.

• Plan and execute weekly email marketing campaigns

• Lead outreach efforts to establish new collaborations and partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.

• Coordinate content creation including product descriptions, articles, and promotional materials.

• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in a marketing role within the finance, investment, or related industry (preferred).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance-driven campaigns.

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Hands-on, proactive, and confident both behind the strategy and in front of the camera when needed.


Performance

• Growth in brand awareness (website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation).

• Increase in customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.

• Successful execution of campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships.

* Strong alignment between marketing activity and sales performance.


Salary up to 50k P/a

Work from our offices in Marylebone.
