Job Description:
Join Launchedtech.io as a Founding Account Manager for Nova AI, the world’s first fully autonomous AI salesperson. In this pivotal role, you’ll own customer relationships post-sale, drive expansion, ensure renewals, and convert PoCs into long-term contracts. You’ll collaborate closely with product and the founding team to grow revenue and shape the future of AI-driven sales.

What you will do:
* Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle, driving high Net Revenue Retention and renewal performance.
* Identify and execute expansion opportunities across seats, features, and usage-based upgrades.
* Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage PoC transitions, converting trials into long-term contracts.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience managing SaaS accounts with strong upsell, expansion, and renewal results.
* Comfortable analysing usage data, building relationships with GTM leaders, and driving revenue efficiently.
* A proactive relationship builder and closer who navigates challenges to ensure continued customer value and growth.
