We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
* Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
* Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with laundry duties when necessary.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
Skills
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
* Basic cooking skills are an advantage for preparing simple meals or snacks when required.
* Familiarity with hotel operations is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
