Contact Centre Manager Vacancy in Leicestershire
1. Basic: £50,000
2. OTE: £75,000
3. 42.5-hour, 5-day working week on a rota
We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to take charge of a high-performing automotive telesales operation. You’ll be leading a large, fast-paced team and driving performance, conversion, and customer experience across the department.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone from a dealership sales background or with proven experience managing an automotive call centre environment.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Managing a large telesales team of 17 executives, 2 centre supervisors, and 1 team leader
10. Driving sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
11. Coaching and developing managers and advisors
12. Monitoring call quality, activity levels, and productivity
13. Implementing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
14. Working closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets
What we’re looking for:
15. Proven experience managing a large telesales or contact centre team
16. Background in automotive dealership sales or automotive call centre leadership
17. Strong people-management and coaching skills
18. Commercially driven with a focus on results and performance
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
