Are you a Maintenance Engineer with heavy industrial, plant, HGV or REME experience, looking to take the next step in your career at a family‑run, market‑leading business offering long‑term stability, specialist training and future progression into management?
On offer is a pivotal role within a well‑established engineering team where you will work on a wide variety of machinery, vehicles and plant, playing a key part in supporting the engineering function of the business.
This long‑established, family‑run company specialises in steelwork solutions across agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors. With continued growth and a highly respected reputation, they are now looking for the right person to join their team as part of their long‑term succession plan.
In this Monday to Friday role, you will be responsible for both workshop and site‑based maintenance, completing preventative maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and fault‑finding across a large and varied fleet.
This role is ideal for an engineer with heavy industrial, plant, HGV, mechanical, electrical or REME experience looking to join a supportive company offering excellent training, future progression into management and a stable long‑term career.
The Role:
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
* Service and maintain a wide fleet of machinery and equipment
* Workshop and site‑based work
* Source and procure correct parts
The Person:
* Engineering background from heavy industrial, plant, HGV or REME
* Full UK Driver's Licence
