Assistant Partnerships Marketing Manager
£40,800 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

What you’ll do
* Help shape and deliver bespoke marketing campaigns for independent retailers and key accounts
* Work closely with sales, retail, and field teams to understand partner needs and align activity
* Co-ordinate the creation of localised campaign assets and templates with our creative team
* Support the rollout of key account marketing initiatives
* Track campaign performance and gather feedback to improve future content
* Keep our asset library up to date, including POS, email templates, and social content
What you’ll bring
* Experience managing marketing campaigns for different audiences
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with internal and external partners
* Familiarity with PowerPoint, design templates, or basic creative tools
* A creative mindset and the ability to turn ideas into practical, partner-ready content
