About The Job
Our people are at the heart of the organisation and this role supports our team through all aspects of their timewith Four Square. The postholder will oversee recruitment, deliver organisation inductions, support managers,monitor and arrange skills training and help deliver our payroll function. The role will have leadresponsibility in delivering our organisational development programme Impactful People.
This is varied role working across our services and social enterprise which comprises of over 100 staff, volunteers,and students on placement. The postholder will gain exposure to a wide range of HR aspects and will play a keyrole in supporting the team.

Main Responsibilities
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and deliver organisational inductions to new staff;
* Oversight andmaintenance of the HR database, including producing regular reports to provide KPIs as well as ad-hoc reportswhen requested;
* Responsible for the administration of the employee assistance programme;
* Producepayroll reports for monthly payroll;
* Work with managers in handling employee relations mattersincluding, investigations disciplinary or grievance issues, providing appropriate and timely support andmaintaining appropriate records;
* Provide support to Director of HR and Corporate Services on relevant HRmatters and support the delivery of Impactful People, our Organisational Development programme
* Produce amonthly staff newsletter, supporting the culture and providing information to all our staff;
* Able tostep in to support business critical functions in the central team when required (full trainingprovided);
* Conduct exit interviews and collate data on reasons for leaving;
* Any other taskswhich support the HR and payroll functions within Four Square.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* At least three years’ experience of working in HR and ideally a qualification in HR, working towards aqualification.
* Ideally a Chartered member of CIPD or working towards membership.

The Director of HR and Corporate Services is at the heart of the business. Taking a lead on the HR, Risk, Legal andCompliance functions, this role is responsible for all internal operations, and also supports centralfunctions.

This role is part of the Promise Partnership Project - Youth Justice & Rights. You’ll be working with youngpeople and their families, carers or guardians, to offer a mediation process that will help them addressconflict before it leads to the young person becoming homeless.
The people we work with experience varied challenges, including: involvement in the criminal justice system;substance abuse; being in the care-system; and adverse childhood experiences.
In collaboration with our Family Outreach Workers, you will offer mediation to support the whole family to provide asafe space that will help them achieve a positive outcome (i.e. the young person remains at home, or moves outin a planned way).

We are looking for a qualified and experienced mediator. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to buildtrusting relationships with people from a range of different backgrounds.
