Responsibilities
* To be first line management for the division’s specialty specific secretarial services, which includes; day to day operational issues, recruitment and retention, annual achievement reviews, sickness and performance management.
* To have specific operational responsibilities with specific focus on quality, patient access, activity and financial targets, and to undertake project management and / or implementation, as directed.
* Hands on data validation and data correction of RTT and Cancer pathways to ensure the divisions services are meeting national waiting time standards
* Review, develop and implement effective procedures and working practices to ensure the Division meets national and local Referral to Treatment, cancer and data quality standards.
* Deputise for the Service Manager when required.
