We’re excited to be growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our legal division on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a long-term career in professional recruitment.
You’ll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with firms across the UK, while developing your own client base and becoming a trusted advisor in your market.
Main duties will include:
* Proactively sourcing candidates through Bullhorn, Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships
* Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
* Formatting and presenting CVs to a high standard
* Taking detailed job briefs directly from clients
* Creating engaging job descriptions for our website and job boards
* Managing applications and actively searching for suitable candidates across multiple channels
* Providing an honest, consultative service to both clients and candidates
* Coordinating interviews and fully preparing candidates ahead of time
* Negotiating offers and managing expectations on both sides
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in sales or an office-based customer service environment, with the confidence to speak to people at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build instant rapport
* A confident, resilient and tenacious approach to challenges
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of a busy workload
* Confident with everyday IT and willing to learn new software as needed
* A genuine desire to learn, grow and deepen your market knowledge
* A proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with the drive to make things happen
