Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Buying Coordinator to support our retail team by ensuring seamless product lifecycle management and effective promotional coordination.
This role is a 6 month fixed term position, based in our Head Office in Watford - Working hours 9am to 5:15pm - 5 days a week.
Key Activities
* Maintain accurate product lifecycle data from launch to removal, working closely with internal teams
* Oversee promotional activities, liaising with suppliers and internal departments to capture and communicate updates
* Work alongside database, operations, and finance teams to keep back-office systems precise and up to date
* Prepare reports, handle invoice payments and rebates efficiently
* Support the planning and coordination of company conferences, ensuring GDPR compliance
To be successful in the role, you should have:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
2. Proficiency in managing data and liaising with stakeholders
3. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
4. Experience in retail, supply chain, or category management is preferred
