Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager or Lettings Assistant Manager to complement our existing team within the Winchester Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking to progress their career at a reputable estate agency.

As a Manager / Assistant Manager you will:
* support the day-to-day running of a busy lettings office
* generate new business and win instructions
* build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
* assist in managing the team, driving performance and achieving targets
* liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion
* manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
The successful applicant will:
* have previous experience in residential lettings
* thrive on a challenge and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in winning business and achieving targets
* have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* be highly organised and excellent attention to detail
* be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
* be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* have a full UK driving licence (essential)
