About you

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll offer emotional support to young people and assist with daily activities like personal care and getting ready for school. The boys like to have downtime as well, so making sure they can spend time uninterrupted doing something they enjoy is key.

While there will be challenges, as these homes support young people with autism, learning difficulties, and mental health needs, the strong relationships and positive memories you build will be rewarding. Many of their workers find it fulfilling to see young people overcome obstacles and thrive.
