With ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a Head of Operations to drive performance, operational excellence, and scale-up initiatives across their manufacturing footprint. The Role Reporting to the leadership team, the Head of Operations will take ownership of the end-to-end operational delivery, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role with the scope to influence strategy, drive efficiency, and embed operational best practices across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-site operations team. Drive manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives. Oversee supply chain optimisation, logistics, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Implement Lean, CI, and operational excellence strategies across the business. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to support growth and investment plans. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring: Proven senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally within a multi-site UK-based business. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational best practice. Experience managing complex supply chains and multi-product manufacturing environments. Track record of scaling production, improving productivity, and embedding a culture of operational excellence.
