Job overview The purpose of this role is to support the team developing and delivering care to patients with late onset side effects from their radiotherapy treatment. You will play a pivotal role in triaging, recording and tracking patients along their pathway, whilst communicating with patients and escalating information appropriately. The role will also have wider responsibilities for administration and data management for the regional South West Radiotherapy Late Effects Service. Advert You will be a main point of contact for the Radiotherapy Late Effects team. You will coordinate high quality patient care following approved tools and procedures. You will liaise with the wider clinical teams to derive useful data for the service. You will assist in producing reports for department meetings and regional commissioning. You will be responsible for the day to day housekeeping of the Late Effects service, ensuring information is dispatched to patients, and results recorded and available on hospital systems.
