Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + overtime premiums available

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Assembly Operative for one of their clients based in Coventry. This is a long term role that could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is looking for a reliable, skilled individual with previous experience in electrical assembly to join a busy, fast paced production team.
Electrical Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:
Performing high quality electrical assembly of components and units
Crimping and wiring according to schematic drawings
PCB soldering and assembly of electrical circuits
Checking and testing electrical units to ensure accuracy
Following all health and safety procedures during electrical assembly work
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation as part of electrical assembly duties
Electrical Assembly Operative Requirements:
Previous experience in electrical assembly is essential
Previous experience reading and interpreting schematic drawings
Previous experience with wiring, crimping, and PCB soldering
Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
