Required Qualities
* A positive, proactive attitude

* The ability to work as part of a team
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Accrue essential service skills across a variety of restaurants and bars
* Equip yourself with the skills to thrive in fast‑paced culinary environments
* Develop a true understanding of outstanding guest service
Hosts and House Management (4 months)
* Learn how to make a great first impression
* Explore operations from a leadership perspective
* Discover management through the lens of our Host team
Training and Development
Over the duration of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to gain the following qualifications:
* Barista training
* A WSET Level 1 qualification
