Waking Night Support Worker (Female Only) 19 Hours per Week Flitwick Are you a caring and reliable person looking to make a real difference during night-time hours? Join MacIntyre in Flitwick as a Waking Night Support Worker (Female Only). We currently have a part-time positions available, offering 19 hours per week. In this role, you ll support people throughout the night in a friendly and welcoming home environment. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care where needed Providing reassurance and emotional support Carrying out light household tasks Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a safe, calm atmosphere You ll be part of a supportive team who are committed to helping people live fulfilling lives. Full training will be provided, and you ll always have someone to turn to for guidance. This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers night work and is motivated by helping others feel safe and respected. Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job. These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities - all free of charge.
