About the Court of Protection Team:
The team specializes in providing legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often following traumatic brain injuries. They focus on protecting clients' best interests through guidance on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients regarding their private property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases and manage your own caseload. The role offers valuable experience and confidence-building opportunities, with extensive mentoring and support to help you develop expertise and take on greater responsibilities.
