This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
If you have previous experience working in a busy Restaurant environment at a supervisory level then we would love to meet you This is a great opportunity to support with leading our team in Redmond's our main bustling 200 seat Brasserie.
Your day with Team Carden:
* Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team during service
* Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
* Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
* Support management with opening/closing duties and cash handling
* Assist with staff training
* Ensure compliance with health safety and company policies
Enjoy a 40 hour contract, working a variety of shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Salary of £27,000 per annum
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
