As a Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator, you will manage both reactive maintenance and planned compliance tasks, alongside a team of coordinators. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure maintenance issues and compliance cases, like electrical certificate renewals and boiler services, are addressed promptly. The Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator role offers you the chance to make a real impact in enhancing the quality of service delivered across the properties.
The Package:
* Up to £25,000 basic salary (OTE £28k) plus up to 8% annual bonus and £1,500 performance bonus per annum
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with hybrid working available up to 2 days from home

The Role:
* Managing your own portfolio and responding to incoming maintenance queries from residents promptly
* Coordinating with contractors to schedule and complete repairs within agreed SLAs and Informing landlords of issues and any associated costs
* Monitoring and following up on all ongoing repair works
* Keeping residents informed on the status of repairs and managing expectations
* Conducting follow-ups to ensure work has been completed to a satisfactory standard
* Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and contractor payments
* Collaborating with the wider maintenance team on shared responsibilities and larger issues
The Person:
* Previous experience in a maintenance or property coordination role is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Calm under pressure and able to handle urgent repairs or complaints
* Comfortable using property management software and standard office tools
* A solution-focused approach, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
