Risk and Resilience Planning Advisor
NHS Tayside is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in providing advice and support to all staff across NHS Tayside in driving forward the Risk Management & Resilience Planning priorities for the organisation.

With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week; there will be no change in full time pay.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in close partnership with the Head of Risk & Resilience, and colleagues in the Directorate of Public Health, Acute Services, Health and Social Care Partnerships, multi‑agency partners and Scottish Government.
* Providing advice and support to staff across NHS Tayside on Risk Management & Resilience Planning priorities.
* Being involved in a variety of projects to meet national, regional and local requirements.
* Delivering training sessions and influencing stakeholders on risk and resilience matters.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Knowledge of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management or Emergency Planning.
* Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills.
* Ability to deliver training sessions.
