You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards, help lead a skilled brigade, and contribute to a menu that celebrates seasonality, zero waste principles, and bold, honest flavours.

7. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
