What You’ll Be Doing Take ownership of solution proposals during pre-sales engagements and act as the designated Pre-Sales Solution Lead for qualified opportunities. Design and present innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client needs and proactive market initiatives. Manage multiple opportunities concurrently, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept. Collaborate with product innovation, advisory, delivery, and change teams for seamless project handovers. Serve as a strategic advisor, offering expert insights on Salesforce capabilities and industry developments. Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and engagement. Elevate the team’s brand profile and strengthen partnerships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Help shape internal processes and contribute insights based on professional experience. Stay informed about Salesforce innovations, competitor solutions, and evolving market dynamics. What You’ll Bring 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and architecture. Ability to articulate and present complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with diverse business audiences. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Experience translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Proficiency in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proven track record in developing and closing large-scale Salesforce engagements. Understanding of commercial models, Agile delivery methods, and project management principles. Salesforce Application Architect certification is required; additional certifications are an asset. Background in designing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. Collaborative working style suited to fast-paced, evolving environments.
