Based out of our Binley office (with the flexibility of hybrid working - typically 2 to 3 days in the office and the rest from home), this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that's shaping the future of UK infrastructure. Responsibilities
1. Supporting the preparation of robust and competitive cost estimates for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
2. Working closely with Bid Managers and Senior Estimators to evaluate tender documentation, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to winning solutions.
3. Learning how to price works from first principles and gaining hands-on experience in pre-construction activities.

You will work with a team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across various frameworks with clients such as National Highways and other major infrastructure partners. Collaboration and support from experienced colleagues will help you develop your skills and career.

Qualifications and Skills
* A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
* A general understanding of construction techniques and outputs.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn estimating software.
* A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
