Interpath Advisory – Review Management Lead (eDiscovery)

We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead and develop our Review Management capability as part of the growing eDiscovery team. The role involves developing an operational plan and leading the expansion of Interpath’s document review function, providing access to review teams as clients require.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and hire staff to manage review projects.
* Collaborate with recruitment to build a “book” of freelance document reviewers available on a case‑by‑case basis.
* Drive go‑to‑market activities, including client relationship development and marketing literature creation.
* Support the delivery of eDiscovery services to our clients, including data processing workflows.
* Oversee engagement set‑up and project lifecycle processes such as billing and conflict checks.
* Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client.
* Manage workstreams and teams as part of the wider project delivery.
* Apply the EDRM model and advanced, strategic eDiscovery workflows to assist clients with complex review challenges.
* Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing training and professional development.
* Research developments and new tools in the eDiscovery/Review arena and adopt standard operating procedures and quality‑control mechanisms to enable operational scale.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred fields include engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, forensics, data analytics, or related work experience.
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Review Management and eDiscovery; legal qualifications are not essential.
* Familiarity with the EDRM model and experience using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace, Disco, Ringtail, CasePoint, Nuix, or comparable tools.
* Experience building review workflows, particularly with Technology‑Assisted Review (TAR) and other machine‑learning methodologies.
* Strong team‑oriented characteristics, hardworking, confident and positive with a sense of ownership over tasks.
* Workstream and people‑management experience.
* Client engagement experience, including liaising directly with clients.
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to produce high‑quality work under strict deadlines and manage competing tasks.
