As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example, serving customers in a fast and friendly manner
3. Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keep displays fully stocked and appealing
5. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop

About you
You should be reliable with natural leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service. Supporting an inclusive culture that values diversity is important.
