Field Based Account Manager
Report to Industry Sales Manager
The Field-Based Account Manager will hold full sales and budget responsibility for a defined product portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on managing, retaining, and growing business opportunities while building strong, long-term relationships with key customers across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
2. Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales and profitability targets.
3. Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and activities within the CRM system.
4. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with business objectives and forecasts.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Work with marketing and account management colleagues to identify opportunities and align business strategies.
7. Keep long-term, consultative relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations.
8. Work as part of a regional sales team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals.
