The Role
We are looking for an Analyst with strong Excel skills and project management experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in analysing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and managing projects that drive process efficiencies across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
* Develop and automate reports using QlikSense and Excel (advanced functions, VBA, Power Query) and other BI tools.
* Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate with operations, technology, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to measure performance and identify trends.
* Support the implementation of process automation and system enhancements.
* Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to streamline workflows.
* Facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Identify risks and dependencies, proactively addressing project challenges.
About You
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, VBA, and QlikSense is a plus).
* Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple initiatives.
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a technology-driven environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
